Modern 3 bedroom apartment close to city centre

Atendeu muito bem as nossas necessidades, precisa apenas de pequenos ajustes. Positive: A localização é excelente, a 10 minutos de ônibus do centro de Liverpool, em uma via com mercados e farmácias, e fácil para estacionar na rua. Praticidade para entrar e sair. Proprietário atencioso e acessível, deixou uma cesta de recepção. Apartamento reformado, limpo e confortável. Máquinas de lavar roupa e louça ajudam demais. Fogão também excelente. Geladeira e TVs novas. Negative: Estivemos no apartamento em dezembro, no inverno, e o aquecimento nos dormitórios ficou aquém do esperado. Não conseguimos, mesmo com auxílio do proprietário, melhorar o aquecimento. Os banheiros, apesar de limpos, têm lavatórios e boxes bastante pequenos. Seria bom também se houvesse uma renovação das panelas.

A beautiful apartment near the city centre Positive: A fantastic apartment with everything you need for a stay. Rooms were all spotlessly clean and of great proportions. Beds were all really comfortable. The two showers were excellent. Shops and pubs are all nearby. A taxi back from the city centre after midnight charged us £12. The building below is shut and rundown which did worry us on arrival but once we realised which keypad to enter the code into, worries vanished. Negative: Nothing, it's a gem!

Positive: The apartment was very clean and well decorated. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again. Negative: The apartment was a little way from the city centre but only a short uber ride away.
